Crewe and Nantwich Town Sports 2021

Due to the ongoing restrictions, the Crewe and Nantwich Town Sports won’t be able to take place in its usual format again this year. In its place we are hoping schools will join us, during National School Sports Week, in running the Town Sports events in school with all their pupils and make this the biggest Town Sports ever.

Schools can run their Town Sports between the 21st and 25th June with pupils, classes or year groups competing against each other and every pupil that takes part will be awarded a certificate for their participation.

Please see all of the Town Sports events cards available to download below along with the results spread sheet. Send your results through to Chris Hughes by Monday 28th June 2021 and results will be sent to all participating schools along with certificates.

Please post any pictures or videos of children taking part on twitter, facebook or instagram and tag CNSSP in.

National School Sports Week 19th-25th June 2021

After a year in which young people have missed out on so much and had their worlds turned upside down, sport and physical activity are playing an essential role in their recovery.

National School Sport Week 2021 will celebrate the return of youth sport and its power to bring people back together with a week of school sports days held up and down the country. The theme of this year’s campaign is Together Again and we want you to join in by organising or supporting an event during the week.

Schools, families and communities across the UK are encouraged to sign up and share their commitment to holding a sports day between 19 and 25 June this summer.
